This is probably a huge announcement, that Mahalo now supports Microformats, but we're not making a big deal out of it. :-)
Mashable has some thoughts on Mahalo Microformats. Background: what are microformats.

2. I disagree with justin. Adding support for MicroFormats is a very smart move on the part of the Mahalo team. With RSS, it took a long time even for the tech savvy to get on board and realize the relevance there. MicroFormats and other Semantic Web standards will become part of our daily lives very soon, just like feeds did. And you don't need to explain it to anyone (although it's good that you did because now I am aware of it). Soon everyone will we taking advantage of a smarter Web and Semantic Standards will be to thank for it. As for Mahaho, getting on board now is smart and not only helps to make Mahalo more relevant in more ways to both machines and people, but as the Semantic Wave sweeps across the horizon, companies like Mahalo that were ready will see a huge spike in their value, I believe.

3. Which microformats are you supporting? I have been having fun with some of them lately...

1. When you say adding microformats is "probably a huge announcement" but have to provide a link to what microformats are, to your overwhelmingly tech oriented readership, then it's probably not a huge announcement.
