11. As you mentioned on Twitter a bit ago, that pluggd may be using your content without permission, if they are, or will make money, in any way, on their site, you may have a juicy lawsuit against them.

I think pluggd is shit, because they require you to start an account to interact, to post a comment, to contribute free user-gen content.

That is shabby Anti-User, Anti-Web 2.0 practice, in my droopy opinion.
