7. Love the show Jason. You're a great interviewer because you run it like a true conversation. Keep on being real and not letting people get way with selling you just the standard spiel.

It feels like eavesdropping on you talk shop with other entrepreneurs. Extremely awesome.

I hope you keep it targeted at entrepreneurs and related. TechCrunch is in this niche and Arrington does alright.

As for length you may be getting mixed signals because people are watching it and listening differently.

I'm both watching the video version on my computer or listening to the mp3 on my (non-video) iPod. When I listen I tend to have ~40 minutes (traveling) and when I watch I have unlimited time. Double average commute time is decent then you can listen to half on way in and half on way back.

Though I completely agree with what you said and if I like the guest I want it to be extremely long. Perhaps you could just have a minimum length and go on as long as you want. If you're enjoying yourself odds are we are too.
