(Page 1 of 1)2. It's true that Digital City introduced "local experts" -- in the year 2000. All of us at Digital City were amazed at the sudden response -- both from "experts" and commentators. Unfortunately, the merger shut down everything that was interesting and interactive about Digital City, and the local experts disappeared into ether space before the concept could be refined with criteria for credibility, which is what Judy's Book is trying to do with halfway success.

1. OMG, Judy's Book == Digital Cities "Local Experts" ... you know, what AOL had back around 1995 ... which unfortunately morphed into AOL CityGuide which lost the "Local Experts" along the way:
