Dave Winer: AOL to take on MySpace.
I just heard a rumor that AOL is going to challenge MySpace, "head on," to be announced in approximately two weeks.

4. AS long as it appears in Businessweek - it must be real.
But that was called AIMspace - must be something different.

1. I think if AOL can make THEIRspace better than myspace, I'm all for it, but the problem will be that users willl see AOL's space as "just-like" myspace. AOL will really have to differentiate themselves with some killer features and tools that myspace can't match. Go AOL!
