(Page 1 of 1)3. The studios should learn from the mistakes the RIAA made and partner with You Tube to allow copyrighted content to be distributed where users want to consume it. I believe that this time around they will. The MTV2 deal is a test for Viacom. Like Disney and iTunes, once one company blazes the trail, others will follow.

1. And we watch as new sites popup as quick as the old ones were taken down. How many times do we hear of bittorrent trackers being sued only for a new one to appear?
There are about 3/4 open-source scalable video websites available with easily configurable front-ends, the DMCA will never be able to keep up with them.
