There are about 3/4 open-source scalable video websites available with easily configurable front-ends, the DMCA will never be able to keep up with them.

2. IMHO, I think you are wrong on this one Jason. They'll figure out how to screen pirated stuff, this is a breakout hit.

3. The studios should learn from the mistakes the RIAA made and partner with You Tube to allow copyrighted content to be distributed where users want to consume it. I believe that this time around they will. The MTV2 deal is a test for Viacom. Like Disney and iTunes, once one company blazes the trail, others will follow.

4. The Youtube party is far from ending. Just because the industry is uneasy, it isn't a death knell for Youtube. If you think that, you're giving the movie and tv industry too much credit.
