The Feedster 500 is out… and it’s amazing! Great job team Feedster… right now, unless anyone else out there can top your list you’re gonna get the $50,000 in free advertising!
Scott talks about it here.
While Feedster has come out with a new kick-ass list Technorati still lists Yahoo Messenger as one of the top 100 blogs… hello!?!?!? Is this thing on?
Who’s gonna top the Feedster 500!?!?!?
Icerocket?
PubSub?
Blogpulse?
Yahoo blog search?
Google Blog search?
Feedster 500 owns Technorati 100!

(Page 2 of 2)23. About Digg and MetaFilter, I was saying that if sites like devianART, Kuro5hin and DailyKos are included then other community sites should definitely be included. All of those sites are created by the readers. But what about Slashdot? There are only a few staff members there (like Engadget).

21. There are some serious problems with this list... Here are my first thoughts: #2 on the list is devianART which is a forum. A massive one, so I know it has a lot of links, but you might as well include Wikipedia on there if devianART is included. #4 Albino Blacksheep has very few links on Google, less than 10% of what Feedster records. If anything, Feedster should have less since it only records links in feeds, which is only a small portion of the internet. #6 is an internal page on some site (NowPublic.com). IceRocket doesn't record a single instance of this link and only records about 100 instances of NowPublic in general. Jason Kottke is not found on this list but has enough links to be in the top ten and probably the top five. While we're talking about missing sites, where is MetaFilter? It's huge and is much more of a blog than devianArt. No where in the top 500.
